The new subjected products under S.I. 186 & 187 shall be mandatorily accompanied by a Certificate of Conformity “CoC” as of  March 1st, 2024.

Goods exported without a Certificate of Conformity will be subject to a 12% penalty (CIF) instead of a 15% & to destination assessment.  Please refer to Datasheet for this CBCA programme.
