The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and SME Promotion has released a notice to announce the full implementation of the VOC program in Ivory Coast starting July 1st, 2019 confirming the adjustments taken during the pilot phase.

The pilot phase will be officially ended on June 30th 2019.
